Job Summary
Conduct direct patient care for acute care orthopedic surgical patients by performing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation while partnering with patients and families to set care goals. Uphold evidence-based practice standards, participate in performance improvement activities, and mentor new staff. Maintain licensure and complete mandatory education requirements. Full-time night shift in Georgia; minimum two years of direct patient care experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English language
