Part-time Registered Nurse in an acute inpatient/operating room setting at Hillcrest Hospital (Simpsonville, SC). Provides clinical direction for patient care following the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Develops and documents an individualized plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team; delegates appropriate nursing tasks; ensures patient safety and regulatory compliance; applies evidence-based practices and contributes to quality/performance improvement initiatives. Supports discharge planning and continuity of care, maintains licensure and mandatory education, and participates in on-call and weekend/holiday coverage as required. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing; current RN licensure; one year of RN experience or acceptable alternative pathways (Nurse Residency or LPN experience for internal candidates; nursing diploma with RN licensure also accepted). Knowledge and application of regulatory standards (TJC, CMS, DHEC) and hospital policies in a non-management, day shift role.
