Registered Nurse (RN)-Acute Care, Operating Room, FT, Night

Registered Nurse (RN) in acute inpatient Operating Room, night shift. Provides direct nursing care within the established plan of care, conducts comprehensive nursing assessments, develops individualized care plans with patient/family input, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to implement and evaluate patient care. Demonstrates clinical competency using evidence-based practices, adheres to regulatory requirements (TJC, SC DPH, CMS), and maintains patient safety and documentation standards. Manages care across admission, planning for discharge, and coordination with other providers; participates in quality improvement activities and supports cost containment principles. Requires licensure to practice as an RN in the applicable state and may involve weekend/holiday/on-call scheduling.
