Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Oncology Augusta (PRN)

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policies, and maintain documentation of assessments and incidents. Listen to patient concerns, serve as an educational resource, and communicate necessary information to families and providers. Prioritize actions based on patient needs and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance work processes and patient quality outcomes. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and contribute to shared governance through service on councils. Work PRN night shifts with at least three shifts per four weeks at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center.
