Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Acute Care Unit. Maintain a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, identify and initiate nursing interventions, deliver age-appropriate care, and ensure timely documentation in the medical record. Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient and for timely QI assessments. Requires an active Alabama or compact-state RN license, an associate’s degree in nursing (bachelor’s degree preferred), and BLS (ACLS required within 6 months of hire).
