Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Deliver direct patient care by performing assessments, developing treatment plans, administering medications and IV therapies, and educating patients on discharge instructions. Supervise LPNs and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring compliance with safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in professional development, including onboarding and training new nurses and students. This role is based at Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln, IL, with a salary range of $30.23 to $48.37 per hour and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Current RN license in Illinois, BLS, and ACLS certifications are required.
