Job Summary
RN in Acute Care (Med/Surg) provides high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a Night shift, full-time role. The RN adheres to scope-of-practice and ethics standards, supports service-excellence goals, and utilizes evidence-based practice within a hospital setting under Nurse Manager leadership. Requires BSN preferred, Georgia RN licensure or eNLC privilege, and current BLS; emphasizes English communication, technology use to support care, collaboration, critical thinking, time management, and compassionate patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
- BSN preferred
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Georgia or hold a privilege to practice in Georgia under the eNLC
- Must have a current BLS card from the American Heart Association on first day of employment
- Experience with direct patient care
- Strong English language skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English; optimize technology to support clinical care
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
- Excellent time management; evidence-based practice; critical thinking
