Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care/MedSurg at Wellstar Kennestone, Marietta, GA. Full-time night shift (7pm–7am). Provides proactive, high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team; adheres to Georgia Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards; requires current Georgia RN license or eNLC privilege and a current BLS card on day one. BSN preferred; national certification encouraged. Strong English communication, interpersonal and clinical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evidence-based practice.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing: BSN preferred
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Georgia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- Must have a current BLS card from the American Heart Association on the first day of employment in position
- Preferred Experience: National certification in area of specialty
- Required Minimum Experience: Experience with direct patient care
- Required Minimum Skills: Ability to read, write and speak English; optimize use of technology to support clinical care; basic computer skills; strong interpersonal, collaborative skills and customer service
