Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse in Acute Care, full-time nights (7pm-7am) at Wellstar; provides patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care in a multidisciplinary team; emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation using standardized practice models; ensures safe, high-quality care with emphasis on coordination, documentation, education, and collaboration; requires active nursing license per Georgia practice act and BLS certs; multiple responsibilities include leadership, preceptorship, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
- direct patient care experience Preferred
