Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care (Medical)

RN Clinical Nurse in Acute Care working night shifts (7pm-7am) at Kennestone with Wellstar Health System. Responsible for applying the nursing process to deliver individualized, evidence-based, high-quality and safe patient care within an interdisciplinary team. Roles include coordinating care, providing patient-centered care across diverse populations, ensuring timely documentation, engaging in interdisciplinary rounds and just-in-time patient education, upholding professional standards, and contributing to performance improvement and shared governance.
