Job Summary
Provide individualized, high-quality patient care as a proactive member of the interdisciplinary team at Kennestone Hospital. Uphold Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act standards, American Nurses Association ethics, and the WellStar Shared Governance Model while supporting service excellence goals. Manage direct patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment, utilizing strong critical thinking and time management skills to respond decisively to emergencies. Maintain current BLS certification and English proficiency to optimize technology use for clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN)
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
- Hold a privilege to practice in the State of Georgia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- Current BLS card from the American Heart Association
- Experience with direct patient care
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Optimize the use of technology to support clinical care
- Hold basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment
- Respond to emergencies in using a decisive, composed and respectful manner

Desired Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred
