Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Acute Care in Medical ICU on night shift at Prisma Health's Greer Memorial Hospital. Provides direct patient care and clinical direction within the RN scope, develops and documents individualized plans of care, coordinates with the healthcare team, ensures patient/family education and discharge planning, participates in quality improvement, and maintains regulatory compliance. Requires Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), current RN license (multistate acceptable), and one year of RN experience; night shift with potential weekend/holiday/on-call requirements. Includes opportunities for residency pathways and bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Education - Associate degree in Nursing
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience - One (1) year experience as a registered nurse
- Holds a current RN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State or is licensed to practice as an RN in the state the team member is working
- In Lieu Of In lieu of one (1) year of registered nurse experience, will accept successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or successful completion of a comparable residency from another organization
- In lieu of Associate degree in nursing, will accept nursing diploma with licensure to practice as a registered nurse
