Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Medical Dialysis

Job Summary
Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the Medical Dialysis Unit using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families to set goals and update care plans. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and case reviews to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives to promote continuous quality improvement. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to support the nursing workforce.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in nursing
- Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing
- Reg Nurse (Single State) license
- RN - Multi-state Compact license
- Basic Life Support certification
- Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
- direct patient care experience
