Job Summary
Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the Medical Dialysis Unit. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while coordinating interdisciplinary communication and documentation. Partner with patients and families to set care goals and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives and performance improvement activities. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and contribute to protocol development and shared governance efforts. This full-time day shift role (7 am - 7 pm) offers a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in nursing
- Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing
- Reg Nurse (Single State) 1.00 Upon Hire
- RN - Multi-state Compact 1.00 Upon Hire
- Basic Life Support 2.00
- Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
