Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Medical Dialysis

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the Medical Dialysis Unit. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families to set goals and deliver education. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and documentation to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and serve as a preceptor or mentor for new staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research utilization, and protocol development to advance evidence-based practice.
