Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Medical Dialysis

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the Medical Dialysis Unit using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families to set goals and deliver education. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, complete timely documentation, and participate in shared governance activities to improve performance and safety outcomes. Mentor staff and students to ensure a qualified workforce and model professional nursing standards.
