Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Acute Care with Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Post-Surgical focus. Day shift, full-time. Provides patient-centered care across interdisciplinary teams, delivers nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), coordinates care, facilitates bedside shift report and interdisciplinary rounds, ensures documentation accuracy, adheres to evidence-based practice and professional standards, supports performance improvement initiatives, mentors other staff, and participates in governance while upholding patient safety and quality outcomes. Requires active RN license (state or Compact), 2+ years of direct patient care, BLS, and strong communication and critical thinking skills. Location: Atlanta, GA, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (RN)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
- RN license (single state) or RN-Compact (multi-state)
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience
- English language proficiency and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Experience with evidence-based practice and clinical competencies
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
