Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in acute care Med/Surg with telemetry, fulltime day shift, Doraville, GA. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining evidence-based practice standards, and ensuring high-quality, safe patient care. Opportunities to mentor/teach as a preceptor and participate in performance improvement, with requirements of GA RN license (or multi-state compact) and BLS. Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience is expected. Enhanced sign-on bonus of 20K is noted.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing or nursing diploma (RN)
- RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience
- English language proficiency; strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills
