Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse in acute care/med-surg/telemetry delivers patient-centered nursing care across the care continuum, applying the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and relationship-based care. Works within interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, high-quality patient care, supports documentation and performance improvement, serves as a preceptor/mentor for staff or students, and adheres to professional standards and organizational policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, clinical expertise, and commitment to outcomes, with day-shift hours in Georgia at Wellstar facilities.
Required Qualifications
- RN license (Single State) or RN-Compact (Multi-state)
- BLS - Basic Life Support or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience
- English communication and computer skills
- Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred (education noted)
- Ability to read, write and speak English; strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
