Registered Nurse in Acute Care (Med/Surg with post-surgical focus) for 7a-7p day shift at Wellstar Doraville campus. Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care using evidence-based practice within an interdisciplinary team; collaborates with care managers and leaders to ensure high-quality, safe patient care; supports performance improvement initiatives and adheres to professional practice models and standards. Requires an Associate's degree or nursing diploma (bachelor's preferred), GA RN licensure (compact if applicable), and BLS certification; minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience. Responsible for patient assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, effective documentation, and active participation in rounds and care coordination. Strong teamwork, critical thinking, and time-management skills are essential.
