Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care, Long Term Acute Care Unit, LTACH, FT, Nights

Conduct clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, utilizing evidence-based practices across the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provide direct care to assigned patients, develop individual plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and validate goals with patients and families. Monitor quality of care through performance indicators, complete assigned audits, and evaluate opportunities for quality improvement while incorporating cost containment principles. This role requires a current RN compact/multistate license, an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), and one year of RN experience, or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program. Schedule includes night shifts at the Baptist Facility 1850 LTACH, with potential weekend, holiday, and on-call work.
