Registered Nurse (RN)-Acute Care, Long Term Acute Care Unit, LTACH, FT, Days

Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, fostering patient/family centered care. Conduct assessments, develop individual plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and validate goals with patients and families. Monitor quality of care, perform audits, and evaluate opportunities for quality improvement while incorporating cost containment principles. Ensure patient safety by adhering to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory agency requirements including TJC, SC DPH, and CMS.
