Registered Nurse (RN)-Acute Care, Long Term Acute Care, LTACH, PRN, Varied Shifts

Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, fostering patient/family centered care. Conduct assessments, develop individual plans of care, and validate priorities with the healthcare team. Monitor quality of care, evaluate plan effectiveness, and incorporate cost containment principles into daily practice. Ensure patient safety by adhering to protocols, infection control, and regulatory agency requirements including TJC, SC DPH, and CMS. Coordinate discharge planning and provide education to patients and families. Work variable shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
