Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care, IICU, FT, Nights

Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in the acute inpatient setting, utilizing evidence-based practices across the nursing process. Collect data, complete assessments, and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, validating goals with patients and families. Deliver direct care to assigned patients on the Stepdown Unit, managing populations with trauma, pulmonary, neurology, and internal medicine conditions while monitoring quality and safety. Incorporate cost containment principles and adhere to all compliance policies, including licensure renewal and infection control. This night shift role requires weekend and holiday availability with an on-call rotation.
