Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered care across acute care settings (cardiac/tel/renal/med surg) using the nursing process, advocates for patients and families, coordinates interdisciplinary care, applies evidence-based practice, participates in performance improvement, and may serve as a preceptor or mentor. Requires active RN licensure (single state or multi-state Compact) and BLS; involves night shift (7p-7a) with emphasis on high-acuity cardiac med/surg care and magnet-designated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Minimum 5 years RN experience Required
