Job Summary
Acute Care RN on nights at a Georgia Wellstar unit (7p-7a) with magnet designation; provides evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care across cardiac/tel/renal/med-surg populations, engages in interdisciplinary collaboration, supports patient and family education, participates in performance improvement and protocol development, and serves as a preceptor/mentor for staff while upholding professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Minimum 5 years RN experience required (direct patient care experience preferred)
- Ability to read, write and speak English; strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proficient with technology and documentation
