Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care on a full-time night shift (7p-7a) in a Post Surgical Unit. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered nursing care guided by evidence-based practice; coordinate care with interdisciplinary team; perform nursing process from assessment to evaluation; support documentation and patient education; engage in safety and quality initiatives and professional practice standards. Requires active RN license (single-state or compact), BLS, and a minimum of 5 years of RN experience. Magnet-designated campus with emphasis on quality care and patient satisfaction; new grads are encouraged to apply to nurse residency programs as posted. Location: Clyde Park, MT.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma or Bachelor's in Nursing (minimum education, with Bachelor's preferred)
- RN license (Single State) or RN-COMPACT (multi-state)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 5 years RN experience (direct patient care)
- Ability to read, write and speak English; strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; proficient in using technology for clinical care
