Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care Float with Wellstar Health System. Full-time days (7am–7pm) posting. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation) with evidence-based practice, providing relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, coordinating care through effective partnerships, ensuring timely documentation, and supporting performance improvement, professional development, and shared governance. Requires BSN and active RN license; BLS certification; ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate clinical competency, and work within a collaborative healthcare team.
