Registered Nurse - RN - Acute Care - Float Pool - Levindale

Float Pool RN at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities include delivering safe, age-appropriate care across multiple departments, conducting and documenting thorough patient assessments, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans, providing education and emotional support to patients and their caregivers, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (minimum) with BSN preferred, active Maryland RN license, BLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years RN experience; additional preferred experience in post-acute, rehab, or long-term care. Proficiency with Cerner, Microsoft Office, and Synquest is expected, along with strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and incentives are available. Open to full-time roles with weekend commitments and night shift (7:00pm-7:30am).
