Registered Nurse (RN)- Acute Care- Cardiac Telemetry

Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice to ensure individualized, safe patient care for cardiac telemetry units. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication through rounds and case reviews while documenting care timely and maintaining a respectful clinical environment. Partner with patients and families to set goals, provide bedside teaching, and support service excellence goals within the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in performance improvement initiatives to promote safe outcomes and reduce re-admission rates.
