Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care, Cardiac Telemetry, PRN, Nights

Provide direct care to assigned patients in an acute inpatient setting within Cardiac Telemetry, following established nursing plans of care. Assess and document patient status, develop measurable discharge-ready goals in collaboration with patients/families and the healthcare team, and continuously update the care plan. Delegate tasks appropriately, ensure patient safety, maintain licensure and mandatory education, and participate in quality improvement activities. Works nights as PRN; requires flexibility for weekend/holiday/on-call shifts and adherence to hospital policies. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and an active RN license; one year of RN experience or approved residency pathway accepted.
