Registered Nurse (RN)- Acute Care- Cardiac Telemetry

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families through bedside rounds, interdisciplinary rounds, and just-in-time teaching. Coordinate safe, quality patient care delivery and documentation within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and Wellstar policies. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance. Uphold clinical competencies, promote research utilization, and support protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events.
