Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families on goals and teaching. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, complete timely documentation, and participate in shared governance and performance improvement activities. Mentor staff or students to support workforce development and uphold Wellstar Health System policies and safety standards. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments as required.
