Registered Nurse(RN)- Acute Care- Cardiac/Renal /Telemetry Med Surg Fulltime7p-7a

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation while coordinating care through interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reports. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to population characteristics and cultural diversity, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act. Partner with patients and families to set goals and participate in shared governance, performance improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice activities. Mentor staff and students, develop protocols to reduce re-admissions, and uphold TJC Patient Safety Goals. Complete mandatory education, BLS certification, and competency assessments. Night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Associates degree or preferred Bachelor's degree required; RN license mandatory.
