Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care BMT Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care changes. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource on health issues, and communicate pertinent information to providers while upholding confidentiality. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, seek solutions to enhance work processes, and support shared governance through council service. Mentor other nurses, contribute to recruitment efforts, and maintain professional licenses and certifications including BLS. Work full-time night shifts, 36 hours per week, at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta.
