Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care BMT Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment. Collaborate with staff to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care changes. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, advocating for their concerns and ensuring patient-centered communication. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Full-time night shift, 36 hours per week, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
