Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care BMT Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Deliver care plans with independent judgment while prioritizing daily patient flow and coordinating optimum outcomes. Collaborate with staff to communicate care plans, listen to concerns, and serve as an educational resource for patients and families. Maintain professional documentation, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Mentor other nurses, contribute to shared governance councils, and support recruitment efforts. Work full-time night shifts (36 hours/week) with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
