Job Summary
Registered Nurse for Acute Care BMT at Wellstar Health System. Night shift, 36 hours/week (3/12s) with up to $20,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include patient care and care coordination, advocacy and satisfaction, performance improvement, professional competency and growth, and leadership support through shared governance. Maintain documentation, collaborate with care team, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality outcomes and safety in a high-acuity setting. Requires active nursing license(s) and relevant certifications; associates degree or diploma in nursing (bachelor’s preferred) and adherence to professional standards are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- RN license (state-specific or multi-state compact)
- BLS certificate (Instructor or Basic Life Support)
- All certifications required upon hire unless stated otherwise
