Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment. Collaborate with care teams to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care changes. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, listen to concerns, and report pertinent information to providers while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, mentor staff through preceptorship, and contribute to shared governance councils. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with research literature and industry best practices.
