Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care BMT - Augusta, GA - Full Time

Registered Nurse – Acute Care BMT at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA. Night shift with 36 hours per week (3/12s) and a $20,000 sign-on bonus. The RN provides quality nursing services within the patient care team, participates in performance improvement initiatives, maintains professional competence, and supports Shared Governance. Core responsibilities include patient care and care coordination, advocacy and satisfaction, performance improvement, and professional growth. Requires nursing education (Associates/Diploma or Bachelors preferred) and active RN licensure with BLS certification (RN-Compact option acceptable). Desired competencies include clinical assessment, care planning, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, education for patients/families, and mentorship/preceptorship of others.
