Registered Nurse (RN) provides quality nursing services by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsible for delivering care per plan, documenting changes, and ensuring patient and family-centered care. Supports performance improvement, keeps licensure and certifications current, mentors and precepts others, and upholds confidentiality and safety standards. The role includes coordinating care across the team, advocating for patients, and contributing to a positive work environment while aligning with shared governance and professional standards.
