Registered Nurse (RN) -Acute Care- 4W Trauma- Augusta- FT

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to prioritize daily patient flow, coordinate optimum care delivery, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and compliance. Serve as a patient advocate by listening to concerns, providing education to families, and reporting pertinent information to providers and staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Full-time days, 36 hours per week, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
