Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care trauma unit (4W) at Wellstar Augusta - Full Time Days. Provides nursing services with patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; communicates care plans, documents clinical findings and incidents, advocates for patients and families, participates in performance improvement, maintains licensure and certifications, and contributes to shared governance. Requires maintaining nursing licenses/certifications and completing required training; supports professional growth and mentorship of others. Hours: 36 per week across 3 shifts; $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
