Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Acute Care (4W Trauma) at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA. Provides quality nursing services within the patient care team, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care; collaborates with care team to coordinate care, ensure appropriate documentation, and support patient/family education. Responsibilities include participating in performance improvement initiatives, maintaining professional competence, mentoring others, safeguarding confidentiality and safety, and supporting shared governance. Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (Single State or Compact)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Instructor or standard BLS)
