Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care to clients in WA, building one-on-one relationships with patients in their homes. Manage scheduling autonomy and deliver care that aligns with agency policy while maintaining a safe environment. Requires an active RN license in the state of practice, CPR certification, and TB test; strong communication and cultural/spiritual sensitivity skills; responsibilities include upholding safety, patient advocacy, and adherence to professional standards as PCM’s Home Care division delivers in-home services.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- TB test
