Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a 75-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Administer nursing care plans using recognized nursing techniques and standards; participate in 12-hour shift rotations including AM and overnight shifts; benefit from a $7/hour shift differential for overnight shifts and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for Full-time positions. Foster a resident- and team-centered environment aligned with Accura HealthCare’s mission and values. Lead and collaborate with teammates to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and patient safety across the community.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
- Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members.
- Capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
