Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Accura HealthCare of Lake City, you will positively and directly impact residents by assisting in the administration of quality nursing care according to individual care plans, using recognized nursing techniques and established standards. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across day and overnight shifts, contributing to a collaborative team dedicated to residents' well-being. Required Qualifications
- Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions
- Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members
- Capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
