Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) needed to promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents. Provide nursing care per individual care plans using established techniques and standards. Day shift available on full-time and part-time schedules; 12-hour shifts (6a-6p) also offered, with weekend rotation (every third weekend). Required to hold an active RN license (or Compact). Leadership ability and teamwork emphasized. Responsibilities include applying nursing practices in compliance with state laws and facility policies; delivering quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
- Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members.
- Capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
