Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) needed at Aberdeen Health and Rehab (Accura HealthCare) in Aberdeen, SD. Provide and supervise nursing care for residents in a 75-bed SNF; administer care per individualized plans using recognized nursing techniques and established standards. Roles include both full-time and part-time positions with AM and overnight (12-hour) shifts; FT includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and shift differential of $7/hour for overnight. Required Qualifications
- Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
- Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members.
