Job Summary
Administer quality nursing care for the community and cater to residents' individual care plans through recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards. Promote the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents and team members while demonstrating leadership ability and fostering cooperation. Assist in the administration of care by applying knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines. Work full-time or part-time, including AM and overnight shifts, with a $7/hour shift differential for overnight hours. Join a 75-bed Skilled Nursing Facility where residents, patients, and direct care employees are prioritized at the top of the organizational chart.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions
- Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members
- Capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
